Day at the Park!

Thursday Marc took a day of vaction so we could spend the day with the girls. They wanted to go to the park and have a picnic so we could carry Sugar with us. Sugar was center of attention at the park, all the kids just fell in love with her. When we finished at the playground we went down to the water. The beach part was a little disappointing to Marc and myself cause it was not very clean. The girls did not care they just wanted to play in the water. Macey begged to go swimming and did manage to get wet up to her waist.

Sugar Sweet

This is Sugar, the newest member of our family. We were planning to get the girls a puppy for their birthdays but birthday came a little early.Mom and Dad intended for Sugar to be an outside dog. As you might have imagined we are losing that battle.
This is where she spends most of her time. Macey does not understand that she can walk perfectly fine. She says she is a baby and needs to be held. Dr. Adams said for me to let them do what ever they wanted to with her so she would have a high tolerance level for the girls. I am waiting on the moment she comes out dressed in doll clothes.

The girls are absolutely love being able to get back outside. We played out about 3hours today. We even had to get into the sandbox and clean it out. Check out Macey doing her flip on the swingset bars. She is so proud of herself and now she is even getting a little brave.

Jordan Playing Upward Basketball.

Jordan plays Upward Basketball at First Baptist Church in Rainsville. This was his first time to play basketball and he loves it. Macey loved watching and wants to play next year.

Our Newest Family Member!

We have a very large feline that has decided to take up residence with us in the past couple of weeks. He absolutely loves the girls and they love him. He is sitting by the back door by 6:30 every morning and does not leave the deck until after dark. We decided to let him stay since he is so good with the girls.

Back in Business

My new camera is here and I finally figured out how to take a picture with it. Yes, that was a challenge. Downloading the pictures was an even bigger challenge. I think I am really going to enjoy the camera. It will do almost anything. I just have to figure out what it all means and then maybe I won't feel so overwhelmed.
