Back to the Park.

The girls love going to the state park to play at the campgrounds and playing at the beach. They don't care what it looks like but Marc and I think they could do a little better job with the beach part.

Monkey See, Monkey Do!

"You are not monkeys", "Get off the back of the couch", "You know you are not supposed to be climbing up there". For those of you that have ever called my house on any given day that is what you will here me saying to the girls many times during the phone call.

We now know where they get it from.

Maddie's First Pigtails!

We finally have pigtails like our big sissy's. She was so excited she had to sleep with them in that night.

Easter Pictures

With it being as cold as it was on Easter morning this is as good as it was going to get on pictures.

Macey will pose for you all day long no matter what the weather conditions might be.
Makinley does ok with taking pictures but her chin was quivering while we were doing these pictures.
Maddie will never win Miss Photogenic, it is just not her cup of tea.

The Easter Bunny Finally Arrives!

With all of the Easter parties and egg hunts the girls were beginning to think that the Easter Bunny was never going to get here.

Our Church Easter Egg Hunt

All of the kids had a blast at the church playing games and making cookies with Grana. She used a recipe that each ingredient symbolised a part of the crusifiction and when the cookies came out of the oven the center if the cookie was empty just like Jesus's tomb.

Macey's Easter Party

I think it is clear to see that she loved hunting Easter Eggs this year.

Kinley Kohl's Easter Party

First let me explain that she prefers Kinley Kohl instead of Makinley now days. This was her Easter party at school. She can not wait for Wednesday to get here every week. I think she would go five days if she could.
Look at that sweet face, she is growing up to fast for her mom and dad.
It was way to cold to go outside for the egg hunt so we hunted inside which was very interesting.
Meri-Lil and Kinley Kohl have become the best of friends. I thought Kinley was very shy but Mrs. Brooks says she takes care of Meri-Lil.
On Monday we got out our eggs and baskets so Macey could teach Kinley how to hunt Easter eggs. I think she did a very good job. At one point I had to make Kinley stop and let some of the other kids find the eggs.
